Gleb Kichaev

Gleb Kichaev is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, focusing on health sensing algorithms, after having progressed from a Data Scientist role within the company. Gleb previously served as a Visiting Doctoral Scholar at Harvard University and contributed to research on statistical methods for understanding genetic traits while at UCLA, where Gleb also worked as a Teaching Assistant. Gleb earned a PhD in Bioinformatics from UCLA, alongside a Master’s in Biostatistics and a Graduate Certificate in Bioinformatics from Stanford University. Gleb holds a Bachelor of Science in Cell & Developmental Biology from UCSB.
