Grace Tan

Grace Tan is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in people management across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the People Director for Asia Pacific at Apple since January 2010, Grace Tan leads the People Business Partnering initiatives and oversees site leads across various countries, including Greater China and India. Prior roles include People Director for Asia and Senior Manager in People Business Partnering at Lloyd's Register, as well as Regional HR Business Partner for Asia at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and HR operations. Grace Tan's career began at the Singapore Police Force, focusing on talent development and succession planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Statistics from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Singapore Human Resource Institute.
