Graham Rawlings is a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Consultant currently serving as a Technical Expert at Apple since 2018. With over ten years of expertise in technical support, training, and administration, Graham has developed strong skills in troubleshooting, customer service, and leadership. Previously, Graham coordinated Apple's youth programs and held various roles within the company, including Genius Administrator and Mentor. Graham also operated a business in the music industry and gained a foundation in Art, Design, and Music from Bexley College. In their spare time, Graham enjoys making music and creating digital art.
