Gregor Prattley

Gregor Prattley has extensive experience in retail real estate asset management, beginning with a management trainee program at Jardine Matheson from November 1996 to February 2002. Following this, Gregor served as Associate Director at Husband Retail Consulting from July 2004 to September 2006, providing consultancy services to notable clients such as Asia Pacific Land and Giorgio Armani. As Executive Director at Asia Pacific Land from September 2006 to July 2013, responsibilities included real estate deal sourcing and asset management. Gregor then worked as Senior Asset Manager at Hongkong Land from March 2002 to July 2004, managing luxury retail assets and instrumental in significant revenue-boosting projects. Currently, since February 2019, Gregor is the Head of Real Estate for Asia Pacific at Apple, focusing on expanding the company's retail store presence in the region. Gregor holds a B.A. with Honours (1st Class) in Chinese and Economics from SOAS University of London, completed in 1996.
