Gustav Braun

Gustav Braun is an accomplished imaging scientist with extensive experience in color science, software development, and algorithm design. Currently serving as a Camera Algorithm Engineer at Apple, Gustav has held significant positions at Meta as a Color Scientist and EFI as a Principal Engineer and Senior Staff Color Scientist, focusing on color management and digital printing. Prior to these roles, Gustav contributed as a Senior Principal Scientist at Eastman Kodak, responsible for color image quality in consumer inkjet printers, and previously worked at Exelis as a Senior Imaging Scientist. Education includes a Ph.D. in Imaging Science, alongside a B.S. and M.S. in Imaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where Gustav performed research in color modeling and image processing.
