Hailee Hoffman

Hailee Hoffman is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in product design and project management. Currently serving as a Watch Product Design EPM at Apple since February 2025, Hailee also holds the position of Affinity Group Founder and SWE Member at the Society of Women Engineers, fostering a supportive community for women athletes. As a certified personal trainer, Hailee employs biomechanical expertise to enhance clients' health and performance. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer at Varex Imaging Corporation, where significant savings were achieved through product improvements and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and Strategy and Operations Consultant at Aritzia, where operational efficiencies were enhanced.
