Hanwen (Frank) Yang is an experienced RFIC design engineer currently employed at Apple since October 2016. Prior to this role, Frank served as a design engineer at Silicon Labs from April 2013 to October 2016, where notable contributions included the design of a fully-integrated LC-VCO with a wide tuning range around 4.8GHz in 40nm CMOS technology. Additionally, Frank gained experience as a design engineering intern at Silicon Laboratories in the summer of 2012, developing a hot-carrier-injection reliability simulation flow for chip lifetime evaluation. Frank holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Integrated Circuit Design from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microelectronics from Peking University.
