Haoxing Yang

Haoxing (Hax) Yang, PhD, is a Subject Matter Expert in Surface Science at Apple, currently leveraging extensive experience in material science and engineering. With a background as a Research Assistant at The University of Alabama, Hax published multiple papers focused on innovative electrodeposition and thermoelectric alloys. They have held significant roles in various companies, including serving as the Acting Plating Supervisor and Senior Plating Engineer at Strattec Security Corporation, where Hax led a team and optimized electroplating processes. Prior to Apple, they worked at Tesla as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, contributing to the development of battery pack lines for the CyberTruck. Hax is also pursuing a Doctoral degree in Material Science from The University of Alabama.
