Heidi Caro

Heidi Caro has extensive experience in education and project management, having served as a Professor at the University of Asia and the Pacific from June 2002 to January 2004. In the corporate sector, Heidi held various managerial positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. between March 2010 and June 2012, including Assistant Vice President roles in Operations Training and Project Management within the Treasury and Security Services. Additionally, contributions were made at IBM in multiple leadership capacities related to transitions, project management, and training from July 2009 to February 2010. Most recently, Heidi worked at Apple in December 2021 as Senior Manager for RPAC Sales and as Vendor Alliance Manager for Global Vendor Strategy. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Development Education and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities, both from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
