Heidi Carroll, IGP, CMT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in massage therapy and information governance. Since July 2014, Heidi has been a Certified Massage Therapist at Watercourse Way, focusing on developing client treatment plans and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. As a Business Owner at The Bees Kneads Massage Therapy since April 2021, Heidi manages day-to-day operations. Prior to pursuing a career in massage therapy, Heidi held various roles in document preparation and records management at renowned companies such as Apple, Oracle, and Iron Mountain, where responsibilities included legal document organization, quality auditing, and global training on records management tools.
