Holly Romano possesses a diverse and extensive background in retail management, having held key positions at noted companies. At Gap Inc.- Forth & Towne from January 2003 to February 2006, Holly served as District Manager, focusing on performance management and succession planning for district teams, and as Manager of Store Operations, developing strategies for new store openings. Holly continued at True Religion Brand Jeans from April 2013 to April 2016, where roles included Director of Stores, overseeing over 100 stores across North America and the UK, District Manager for the Northeast/Midwest, and Regional Manager supervising multiple districts. Since August 2017, Holly has contributed to Apple as the Global Flagship Talent Leader, emphasizing the enrichment of lives.
