Howard Liu

Howard Liu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly with Intel Corporation, where roles included Test Engineering Manager, Senior Test Engineer, Test Section Manager, and Equipment Manager. Liu led a team dedicated to testing major Intel products, ensuring quality and cost efficiency while managing complex operations. Current involvement includes the role of Area Manager at Apple since December 2019. Prior experience also includes positions as an EDA Engineer at Fiberxon and an EMC Engineer at South West Electronic R&D Institute. Liu holds two Master's degrees from Xidian University, achieving recognition as the best graduate student in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
