Ian Pearson is currently the Principal Counsel for Health Products Regulatory at Apple, focusing on global medical device regulatory law with an emphasis on digital solutions. Prior to this role, Ian served as Associate Chief Counsel at the FDA from 2010 to 2017 and worked as an Associate at JONES DAY® from 2017 to 2021. Ian holds a J.D. with a focus on Health Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and earned both a B.S. in Public Policy and Management and an M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
