India Reed is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Principal Recruiter at Apple since July 2022. Previously, India held the position of Recruiting Lead at TikTok, where the focus was on building the Intelligent Creations - Audio Video team. Prior roles include Sr. Technical Recruiter, recognized as a top closer, and leadership roles at ByteDance and Amazon, where India specialized in recruiting for innovative technology projects such as Amazon Go and Amazon One. India began the professional journey at Coupang and has experience as a Recruiting Coordinator and as a collegiate athlete, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Central Washington University.
