Irene Kotschy has extensive experience in Human Resources, having held key roles in various multinational companies. They began their career at Gap Inc. and Walmart before taking on progressively more responsible positions at Lawson Software, culminating as HR Director with global oversight. Since 2012, Irene has been with Apple, first serving as Human Resources Leader and currently as EMEA People Director. Irene earned a Diplom in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cologne between 1991 and 1995.
