Isaac Alves has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service and operations leadership. At GoDaddy from October 2013 to July 2016, Isaac played a key role in launching the Portuguese department and facilitating the growth of agents within the company, collaborating with various teams to expand operations in South America and Europe. Following this, Isaac worked as a Customer Service Advocate at PayPal, focusing on clients in Latin America from September 2016 to August 2017. Isaac then served as Operations Team Lead Supervisor at Regal from January 2020 to August 2021, overseeing daily operations and team performance. Currently, since May 2021, Isaac is engaged with Apple in the Applecare Partner Relations role, providing bilingual support for the App Developer Program. Isaac holds a degree in History from UCLA and a high school diploma from McAllen High School.
