Jackie Tran

Jackie Tran is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in sales, customer service, and marketing. Jackie participated in the Sales Skills Builder Program at HubSpot, designed for educating college students about organizational sales processes. Previous roles include serving as a Tutor and Receptionist at Kumon North America, where academic support was provided to children, and as a Student Success Intern at Suffolk University, contributing to the development of high school prospects through various media and campus tours. Jackie has held multiple positions at Apple, currently working as a Community Specialist, and previously as a Sales Specialist. Experience extends to T-Mobile as a Mobile Expert and to Nike as a Sales Associate, where leadership in customer engagement and sales metrics was demonstrated. Additionally, Jackie gained marketing experience at Dynamo Software in early 2024. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Marketing from Suffolk University, and a high school diploma from Boston Latin School.
