Since 2021, Jade has been working as a Technical Expert at Apple, where they focus on client satisfaction and utilizing technical expertise to address customer issues. Previously, Jade has worked in various roles including Training Lead and Graphic Designer, demonstrating adaptability and an ability to invest fully in their work. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social and Working Conditions.
