James C. has extensive experience in accessibility standards and user-centered design, primarily with Apple from 2014 to 2020 where they served as Manager of Accessibility Design, Quality, and Automation and later as Senior Accessibility Standards Manager. They currently represent Apple on the Disability Advisory Committee and the Consumer Protection and Accessibility Advisory Committee, while also chairing the Hearing Aid Compatibility Task Force at ATIS. James has contributed to web standards at W3C since 2001 and has held various design roles at companies including frog design, S1 Corporation, and BearingPoint, Inc.
