James L. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in inclusion and diversity, communications, and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of I&D Communications and Learning at Apple since July 2006, James L. has successfully led global teams to develop strategies that align with brand identity and foster organizational change. Previously, in various managerial roles at Apple, including Senior Manager of Global Enablement, James L. developed the first global enablement organization for inclusion and diversity, creating programs that reflect business objectives and customer diversity.
