Jamil Dewsi

Jamil Dewsi is an accomplished professional in the fields of AI/ML and product operations, currently working at Apple since 2024. With experience in investment roles since 2018, Jamil has focused on early-stage technology ventures. Previously, Jamil served as VP at DarwinAI from 2019 to 2023, where the responsibilities included leading go-to-market strategies, early product development, and fundraising efforts. From 2014 to 2019, Jamil was involved in technology investment banking at Union Square Advisors LLC, advising on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments for high-profile clients like Intuit, Nasdaq, and Google. Additionally, Jamil co-founded BuddyBench Co. in 2014, successfully securing seed funding and achieving first place at Google's Startup Weekend. Jamil holds an Honors Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University, as well as an Honors Specialization in Health Sciences from Western University.
