Jay Talbert has a diverse background in photography and engineering, beginning with a career as a Photographer's Mate in the US Navy from January 1983 to April 1990. Following military service, Talbert operated as a Freelance Photographer from May 1990 to February 1993, and later served as Pre-Press Manager at Great Western Litho from February 1993 to April 2002.
