Jayson Allen is the Head of Product Design for AppleCare Digital, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Jayson served as a Senior Manager of User Experience Design at Apple from 2015 to 2021, and as a Senior Manager focused on Buyer Engagement at eBay from 2012 to 2015. Jayson also worked as a Digital Manager at Hagerty from 2008 to 2012, and held two roles at Nike, including Senior Web Designer and Creative Manager, from 2001 to 2006. Jayson is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Toledo and a Master's degree in Innovation & Technology Management from Portland State University.
