Jayson Caro is an experienced engineer with a strong background in RFIC layout and mixed signal design, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. Jayson began a career at Creative Integrated Systems as a Mixed Signal/Network Engineer, focusing on software and system programming from June 2003 to September 2006. Afterward, Jayson worked in various engineering roles, including Mixed Signal Layout & Verification Engineer at Teledyne Imaging Sensors, RFIC Layout Engineer at MaxLinear, Senior RFIC Layout Engineer at Broadcom, and currently serves as RFIC Layout Manager at Apple since January 2017. Notably, Jayson has led multiple tape-out projects and managed contractor work schedules while interfacing with foundries throughout a diverse set of technologies, including TSMC and Bi-CMOS SiGe processes.
