Jeff Pound is a seasoned technical leader currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Apple. Previously, Jeff worked as a Software Development Expert at SAP, focusing on cloud-native database-as-a-service from 2013 to 2021. Jeff also gained valuable experience through internships at Microsoft Research and Yahoo! Research in 2009 and 2010. Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, where they also completed an M.Math. and served as a graduate research and teaching assistant.
