Jeff Zhao is currently the IC Packaging Simulation Manager at Apple Inc., based in the San Francisco Bay Area. They previously served as Principal Staff Scientist at Freescale Semiconductor from 2000 to 2005 and were a Member of the Group Technical Staff at Texas Instruments from 2005 to 2011. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Tsinghua University, followed by a Master's and a PhD in Physics from the same institution and The University of Texas at Austin, respectively.
