Jeffrey Yang

Jeffrey Yang is a seasoned professional in the field of electronic design automation with extensive experience in physical design, ASIC development, and engineering consultancy. Starting as an Application Engineer at AT&T (Bell Lab Design Automation) from July 1994 to June 1996, Jeffrey supported mixed-signal simulation tools, progressed to a Design Consultant role at Cadence Design Systems between June 1998 and August 2000, and later served as an ASIC Developer at Nokia from August 2000 to June 2003. From July 2003 to February 2010, Jeffrey excelled as a Physical Design Manager at AMD (ATI), overseeing global teams in the successful tape-out of GPU and chipset projects. Since March 2010, Jeffrey has been working at Apple Inc. in Physical Design and EMIR Analysis. Jeffrey holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Louisville.
