Jeromy Keller has a diverse background in retail and operations management spanning over two decades. From May 2011 to October 2016, Jeromy served as Associate Store Manager at West Elm, emphasizing extraordinary customer service and staff development. In the Apple organization, Jeromy held multiple roles between April 2018 and December 2021, including Operations Expert and Leader, focusing on team leadership and operational excellence. Prior to Apple, Jeromy co-managed a successful retail store at EXPRESS from February 2001 to May 2011, overseeing a large team and achieving substantial sales targets. Currently, Jeromy is the business owner of Main + Walnut, a venture launched in December 2021, specializing in interior decorating and home organization.
