Jesse Koehler

Jesse Koehler is the Senior Counsel of IP Litigation at Apple Inc., where they manage extensive copyright, trademark, and content litigation across multiple countries. Previously, Jesse served as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, collaborating with clients on intellectual property strategies and litigating cases. They began their legal career as a Law Clerk in the Privacy Enforcement & Protection Unit of the California Department of Justice and held various internships, including one at Apple. Jesse holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
