John Akred serves as the Director of Data & Algorithms Engineering at Apple, leading a team focused on developing privacy-preserving advertising capabilities through advanced machine learning and data engineering initiatives. Prior to this role, John was the CTO and founder of Silicon Valley Data Science, where strategic and architectural leadership contributed to the company's acquisition by Apple.
