With expertise in labor and employment law, regulatory compliance, and administrative law, John has held significant roles including Director of HR Compliance at Marriott International and Global EEO + US Affirmative Action Leader at Apple. John began their legal career as a Litigation Paralegal at Covington & Burling and further advanced as a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of Labor. Educated at Duke University and William & Mary Law School, John has focused on compliance with equal employment opportunity and affirmative action throughout their career.
