John Qian is an experienced technical program manager with over 15 years in embedded AI and silicon-software. Currently a Senior Technical Program Manager at Apple, John delivers cutting-edge technologies, including the A17 Bionic neural engine, while driving roadmap execution with high milestone adherence. Previously, John worked at Meta, where they deployed edge AI to 50,000+ Quest 2 headsets and led custom ML accelerator adoption. Prior to that, John’s experience included program management roles at Intel and Broadcom, focusing on edge AI and firmware development. John is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UC San Diego.
