John Senter currently serves as a Field Diagnostics Quality Engineer at Apple since 2019. Previously, John held various positions at HP from 2014 to 2019, including Quality Program Manager, where responsibilities included designing service delivery quality metrics, leading improvement projects, and mentoring team leads in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. As a Product Support Manager, John introduced service and support processes for new products, aimed at enhancing service delivery effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
