John T. Leonard

John T. Leonard, Ph.D., is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, where they focus on improving the quality of life through technology. They completed their Ph.D. in Materials Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where they conducted groundbreaking research on III-nitride Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers. Previously, they gained experience as an undergraduate researcher and intern, contributing to various projects in organic photovoltaics and display technology.
