John Terry

John Terry has a diverse background in technology and customer service, having held various roles in prominent companies. They served as a Team Lead Manager at Petco from 2008 to 2012 and later as a Major Sales Associate at Best Buy from 2012 to 2014. At Apple, from 2020 to 2023, John worked as a Lead Genius, along with roles in QA for Wireless Technology and Ecosystems, and Watch Functional Telephony. Prior to their time at Petco, they were the Front Desk Manager at Laquinta Suites from 2004 to 2008. Currently, John is pursuing an education at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
