Jon Bendall is an experienced retail manager with a strong background in leadership and business development. Since September 2011, Jon has served as a Manager at Apple’s flagship store in Covent Garden, overseeing daily operations, driving revenue and sales targets, and fostering a high-performing team. Prior to this role, Jon was part of Apple’s Store Leader Programme Associate, gaining comprehensive insights into retail management over 24 months. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Mitchells & Butlers, where responsibilities involved the management of a busy bar, and as a Legal Recruiter at Venn Group, which enhanced skills in client relations and candidate assessment. Jon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Southampton, completed in 2009.
