Jon Berry has extensive experience in the music industry, beginning as an intern at Earache Records in 1996 and advancing to various roles in label management, publicity, and artist representation. Key positions include serving as Label Manager and Booking Agent at Industrial Strength Records, and later overseeing A&R and artist management at Kompakt. Jon also owned Regenerate Industries, a PR firm for independent music, and contributed significantly to Kompakt Distribution's global operations.
