Jonathan Lutz

Jonathan Lutz is currently a Platform Security Architect at Apple, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they served as a VLSI Design Engineer at Motorola SPS from 1998 to 2004 and worked as an ASIC Verification/Design Engineer and Ad Hoc Networking Systems Engineer at General Dynamics C4 Systems from 2004 to 2011. Before joining Apple, Jonathan was a Security Architect and Security Researcher at Intel Corporation from 2017 to 2020. They earned a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Arizona State University, as well as a MASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
