JOSEPH ZHAO

Joseph Zhao is a Senior SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant and Project Manager with over 10 years of experience, having spent the first 9 years at Accenture before transitioning to an independent consulting role. They have facilitated numerous SAP implementation cycles in the resources, utilities, and real estate industries, focusing on end-to-end design and implementation of Procure-to-Pay and Inventory Management processes. Currently, Joseph serves as the Manager of Business Process & Systems at Apple, overseeing e-commerce and online order fulfillment for the APAC region, while also applying their extensive skills in curriculum design and user training for S/4HANA applications. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with First Class Honors from Nanyang Technological University.
