Josh Pong

Josh Pong is a Sr Product Design Manager at Apple, leading a team of engineers in the accessory design group. With a specialty in managing projects and guiding team members' career development, they have successfully overseen cross-functional design teams through seven full development cycles. Josh has a strong background in mechanical design, particularly in complex assemblies and various manufacturing processes. Prior to their current role at Apple since 2016, they served as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Rockwell Collins and gained early experience as a Co-Op at Kimberly-Clark. Josh holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
