Beginning as a Junior Software Engineer at Adlib Information Systems BV from 1999 to 2001, Jozef advanced to roles at Philips Research (2003-2007) as a Compiler Designer, followed by a Senior Customer Solutions Architect position at Silicon Hive (2007-2011).
