Julz Arney has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in program creation, education, and marketing. Notable positions include Program Creator and Group X Instructor at 24 Hour Fitness, Education Manager at IDEA Health and Fitness, and Director of Fitness Technologies at Apple. Julz has contributed to the development of company-wide fitness formats and instructor training programs, as well as managed large teams of educators in various organizations. With a background in communications and marketing, Julz has also held roles in community outreach and public relations. Julz holds a B.A. in Comparative Cultural Studies from UC Irvine.
