Kan Lee

Kan Lee is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Apple since November 2023, where development of a modular and portable coding agent has been a key focus. Prior to this, Kan served as a Data Scientist at SparkCognition from August 2019 to September 2023, managing the machine learning data automation pipeline for a reinforcement learning AI trading product. Previous experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at Cisco, where a spark application for processing product data was developed, and as a Sr. Engineer/Manager at Alpha Information Systems, leading a team in face recognition backend development. Earlier in the career, Kan held the position of Senior Analyst at Kaiser Permanente, applying regression analysis to hospital utilization patterns. Academically, Kan holds a B.A. in Math and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.S. in Statistics from National Chiao Tung University.
