RF/mmWave Design

Kefei Wu is an experienced engineer specializing in RF and mmWave design, with a strong background in circuit design and research. At Apple since October 2020, Kefei Wu contributes to RF/mmWave projects. Prior experience includes roles as an IC Design Engineer at Analog Devices from February 2018 to October 2020, and positions as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from January 2015 to December 2017. During time at Rensselaer, Kefei Wu focused on mm-wave/sub-THz circuit designs, notably designing a frequency doubler at 200GHz using 65-nm CMOS technology. Earlier, at Southeast University from September 2010 to June 2012, Kefei Wu designed a sub-harmonic mixer for V-band applications and developed signal processing circuits for W-band power detectors. Kefei Wu earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Southeast University.
