Keith Harper

Keith Harper has extensive experience in the entertainment and technology sectors. Beginning a career as a performer at Six Flags from 1993 to 2000 and continuing at Six Flags Over Texas until 2004, Keith transitioned to cruise line entertainment with Kennedy Entertainment from 1995 to 2003, holding multiple roles including Company Manager and Dance Captain. In 2003, Keith joined Starlite Entertainment as a Singer/Dancer before moving into a management role that included hiring cast and producing shows in Branson and on national tours. After a hiatus, Keith joined Apple Retail in 2009 as a Lead Genius, eventually rising to iPhone/iPod/iOS Program Manager from 2013 to 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing product readiness across Apple Retail Stores and coordinating efforts across various departments. Keith also served as Manager for AppleCare Channel Readiness, focusing on customer experience strategy in service provider channels.
