Kelly Bales has extensive experience in editorial and creative roles within prominent media organizations. At Apple Music, from May 2022 to April 2025, Kelly served as Head of Editorial and Head of Creative Strategy and Development. Prior to that, from December 2017 to April 2022, Kelly held the position of Vice President of Global Video Programming, Development & Production at Condé Nast, overseeing digital content for brands such as Vanity Fair and The New Yorker. Additionally, Kelly was Executive Creative Director for social content and Digital Editorial Director of Allure Magazine. Between January 2011 and April 2014, Kelly worked as a Teaching Artist at WINGSPAN ARTS INC, and previously served as Artistic Director at Texas Arts Project from January 2008 to January 2011. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Texas State University.
