Kelsey Wallach

Kelsey Wallach has extensive experience in customer relations and management, having worked in various roles that emphasize coaching, team leadership, and client engagement. At MOD Fitness, Kelsey served as a Barre Instructor from February 2018 to July 2024. Prior to this, Kelsey held multiple positions at Apple from November 2018 to March 2020, including Customer Service Representative, Customer Relations Team Manager, and Team Manager for Back Office/Channel Support Services, where responsibilities included coaching teams, performance management, and cross-department collaboration.
