Khang Bach is an experienced professional in quality assurance and product engineering, with a career that spans multiple leading technology companies. Beginning at Microsoft Mobile LLC as a Product Engineer, Khang performed failure analyses and monitored yield performance. Khang then held roles at Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd as a Product Quality Supervisor, and later as a Customer Satisfaction Assistant Manager at Samsung Display Vietnam Co., Ltd, where responsibilities included managing quality issues and RMA cases. At Foxconn, Khang served as a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, overseeing quality control and conducting process audits. Currently, as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Apple, Khang drives reliability and quality processes, collaborating with suppliers during product introductions. Khang holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Thai Nguyen University of Technology.
