Konrad Malawski

Konrad Malawski is a member of the Swift language team at Apple, focusing on designing and implementing foundational concurrency and distributed systems libraries. With a strong background in high-performance, clustered distributed systems, they previously served as a Senior Engineer on the core Akka team at Lightbend, where they contributed to the Reactive Streams initiative and led the Akka HTTP server to its stable release. They have held various roles in software development and training across multiple organizations, including eBay and SoftwareMill, and have made significant contributions to the Scala community. Konrad holds a Master's Degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow.
