Kyla Cragg

Kyla Cragg is currently an Inclusion & Equality Program Manager at Apple, where they manage programs aimed at promoting equality and inclusion within AppleCare. Previously, Kyla held various roles at Cadence Design Systems from technical writer to Senior Program Manager, leading initiatives to enhance product information delivery and documentation quality. Kyla's diverse experience includes managing global teams and collaborating with stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and engagement. They have also contributed to community-building efforts at Apple as a co-chair of a Diversity Network Association.
